Pol-Med is a family-owned company based in Osielsko near Bydgoszcz. Since 2003 we've delivered research, tools, and biocomponents to companies that need a reliable partner — no fanfare, no breaks in service.

A short history of Pol-Med — the moments that shaped the company.
Pol-Med Sp. z o.o. is established at our Osielsko base near Bydgoszcz. Our first customers are local industrial plants and vocational schools across the Kujawy-Pomerania region.
We enter the workshop equipment market with our own line of teaching stations for automotive technicians. First deployments at vocational school complexes.
We begin collecting used cooking oils from the HoReCa sector. First containers in Bydgoszcz and Toruń restaurants, first contracts with food processors.
We earn REDcert certification — recognition of Pol-Med as a sustainable biofuel feedstock supplier under the RED II directive. The door opens to working with biodiesel producers.
We complete our tool offering — 8 categories for industry and maintenance operations. Partnerships with authorized distributors: Festool, Hilti, Mitutoyo, Stahlwille.
Launch of our Interactive Platform — flagship product for vocational skills centres (BCU) and automotive technicians. FERS, KPO-BCU, and Erasmus+ CoVE eligible.
Today Pol-Med means 23 years of continuous operation, 8 of Poland's largest cities within UCO pickup range, and 11 teaching stations in our catalogue. The next chapter: more partnerships with Polish schools and industry.

We advise the best fit. For teaching stations — OPZ tender support and funding programme guidance. For UCO — sample analysis and rate setting. For tools — a working cost estimate.
We put the offer on paper. All material parameters — response time, schedule, documentation, warranty — are spelled out plainly. No asterisks, no hidden annexes.
Delivery, installation, training, first pickup. Whatever the order requires — we do it ourselves, not through a subcontractor. BDO, KPO, CE documentation and acceptance protocols handled on our side.
Service, warranty, remote diagnostics, regular pickups. We don't disappear after deployment — most of our customers have worked with us for over five years. That's the metric we hold ourselves to.
