Interactive Educational Platform

Programmable Engine Control Unit — students design, not observe.

The platform gives students full control of fuel mapping, ignition timing, and lambda closed-loop. After 12 weeks the graduate understands not only how a modern engine works, but how to program one — a competency demanded by the EV/hybrid market.

What's in the package

Programmable ECU

12-week program with student worksheets

Fuel + ignition mapping, lambda closed-loop

HV/EV extension roadmap (SEP up to 1 kV)

Pedagogical cycle — 12 weeks

Six two-week stages. Each ships with a student worksheet and assessment criteria. 60 hours of practical class total.

  1. Stage deliverables

    • Sensor measurement worksheet

    Assessment criteria

    • Signal interpretation correctness
  2. Stage deliverables

    • First fuel map (10×10)

    Assessment criteria

    • Compliance with target values

Sample exercises

Excerpt from the workbook — full pack of 8 exercises is delivered with the 12-week curriculum download.

Fuel map under load

Program a fuel map for 30/50/70/100% load and 1000/2000/3000/4000/5000 RPM. Compare to OEM map. Describe AFR and torque effects.

After 12 weeks the graduate…

  • MOT.05 + MOT.06 qualifications
  • Auto-mechatronic journeyman exam prep
  • Introduction to SEP 1 kV (HV/EV extension WIP)

HV/EV roadmap — bridge to electromobility

The platform is ready for an extension covering hybrid and electric vehicle servicing.

In development

The platform is compatible with the HV extension module (in development) — preparing students for SEP up to 1 kV, required for EV servicing.
