How UCO collection works — from inquiry to monthly report

Every step is described. No hidden conditions, no chains of intermediaries. First pickup within 5 business days of contract signing.

  1. Inquiry

You fill in the form on the site or call. You give us the facility type, estimated volume, and location. That's all we need for the first conversation.

    Fill in the form
  2. Consultation and quote

After the conversation and a review of technical data (oil quality, volume, location), we present an individual rate. The rate depends on quality (water, FFA) and volume — no list-price game.

  3. Contract and container delivery

We sign a contract and deliver a 60 L, 200 L, or 1000 L IBC container free of charge within 2–3 business days. Larger installations (dedicated tank, tanker) are sized after a technical site walk.

  4. First pickup

We schedule the first pickup within 5 business days of contract signing. Usually earlier if the container is already full — a single notification suffices.

  5. Waste-transfer note (KPO)

After every pickup we automatically issue a waste-transfer note in the BDO system and email it within 24 hours. Zero paperwork on your side.

  6. Monthly report

Once a month we send the full documentation for the accounting period: volume, rate, pickup dates, KPO numbers. PDF and Excel formats — fits most accounting systems.

What affects the buy-back rate

We don't publish a price list — the rate is always individual. Three factors drive it:

Oil quality

Low water content (under 2%) and low FFA (free fatty acids) directly raise the rate. Degraded oil or oil mixed with kitchen wastewater drops to a lower category. The first sample sets the starting rate.

Monthly volume

Higher monthly volume lowers per-unit logistics cost — which translates to a better rate. A restaurant at 50 L/month gets a different rate than a chain at 5,000 L/month.

Pickup frequency

A steady frequency (e.g. every 2 weeks) keeps the oil fresh and logistics predictable. Irregular / on-demand pickups often mean already-degraded oil — which lowers the rate.

Rate set individually after the first pickup · No price list published
